Between 1994 and 2004 Mr Moleketi served as a member of the Executive Council for Finance and Economic Affairs in the Gauteng province of South Africa, following which he served as Deputy Minister of Finance and also Chairperson of the PIC. He currently serves on various boards in South Africa.

Mr Olivier has over 22 years’ experience in the computer industry, and more than 16 years’ experience in remuneration, human resources and strategy consulting. He is currently Managing Director of Synchrona Leadership Strategies (Proprietary) Limited and serves on the remuneration committees of various institutions in South Africa.

Mr Anthony Ball is a co-founder of Brait’s Private Equity business. He has acted in various leadership capacities in Brait and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1 October 2006 to 2 March 2011. Mr Ball has played a significant role in the raising and governance of Brait’s principal private equity funds. He has been responsible for numerous of Brait’s private equity investments and has represented Brait on the boards of over 18 private and public companies. Prior to joining Brait, he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he co-founded The Strategy Group. Mr Ball holds a C.A. Designation.
Lungile Constance “Zee” Cele
Zee practises as a Tax Consultant and Professional Accountant and has been running her Durban based company, TAX SOLUTIONS CC, since 1989. In February 2011, Zee’s company merged with an Accounting firm Garach & Garach, which has offices in Durban and Rosebank.
Zee holds a Master of Accountancy (Taxation) degree from Natal University. In 1995 she obtained the Executive Leadership Development Programme certificate from Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
After graduating from Fort Hare University with a B.Com degree, Zee joined Unilever in Durban as a management trainee. She later obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation and an M.Acc degree from the University of Natal. She held a senior position at the office of the Receiver of Revenue before leaving to set up her own company. Problems in the workplace with understanding the tax system prompted Zee to co-produce two videos on the subject in 1991. She has also contributed a chapter on "Women and Tax" in the book “ SOUTH AFRICAN WOMEN TODAY”, published by Maskew Miller, Longman. In August 1999 Zee received the S.A Woman of the Year Award - Business Category (awarded by Shoprite/Checkers and SABC3). She was recognised for her achievements by the Durban City Council in 1999 when she became one of the recipients of the Mayor's Awards for Excellence.
Zee co-founded Sport For All Franchising (Pty) Ltd, a social franchising organisation that provides access to various sport codes in townships and rural communities.
She was a council member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (Formerly Institute of Commercial and Financial Accountants) from 1998 to 2003. She served on the board and Audit Committee of Eskom Holdings Ltd from 2005 to 2011. Zee currently serves on the boards and Audit Committees of the following listed companies: Hulamin Ltd, Efficient Financial Holdings Ltd and Combined Motor Holdings Limited. She also serves on the boards of Trade and Investment KZN (also Audit Committee Chair), Avbob, and of High Footprint Management (Pty) Ltd, a company that manages uShaka Marine World.
Zee is a commercial member of the Tax Court and has been a member of the Standing Advisory Committee on Company Law until March 2011.
She is married to Bongani and they have 3 grown up children.

Prior to his involvement as one of the originators of PAIDF, Mr Mahloele headed the Corporate Finance and Isibaya Fund Division of the PIC (the largest investment manager in South Africa with over USD90 billion under management) and was the recipient of two recognition awards from the Association of Black Securities and Investment Professionals (ABSIP) for his work. Mr Mahloele also previously headed the Private Sector Investment arm of DBSA. He has further worked for Rand Merchant Bank and the Commonwealth Development Corporation.

Mr Wessels joined the company from Absa/Barclays in 2007. He has a BCom Honours, Certificate in the Theory of Accountancy (CTA ), Higher Certificate Financial Markets. Before joining Harith, Mr Wessels had over 10 years of experience as Senior Consultant for Absa Capital and he was responsible for Project and Infrastructure Finance. Prior to this he occupied different positions (Business Consultant, Financial Manager/Director, Managing Director) in companies operating in the manufacturing and construction industries.
